Limit of liability and applicable law
I understand that any activities undertaken within the Session are voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless other participants in the Session from all claims of liability for any injury, death, property loss or damage, or attorney’s fees and costs, and to reimburse them for any such claims.
- limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
- limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit or exclude any liability in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
Any agreement based on these terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law and I consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any part of this agreement is determined to be legally invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in effect.
